years of success<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1998<\/strong>: Dar Al Fouad was established in October city<\/p><p><strong>1999<\/strong>: A cooperation agreement was signed with Cleveland Clinic, making us the 1<sup>st<\/sup> hospital to cooperate with Cleveland Clinic outside of the United States<\/p><p><strong>2001<\/strong>: The 1<sup>st<\/sup> liver transplant from a live patient in Egypt and Africa was performed in Dar Al Fouad<\/p><p><strong>2005<\/strong>: Dar Al Fouad becomes the 1<sup>st<\/sup> hospital to get the Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation<\/p><p><strong>2008<\/strong>: The Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation for the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> time<\/p><p><strong>2010<\/strong>: Dar Al Fouad clinic opens in Kuwait<\/p><p><strong>2011<\/strong>: The Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation for the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> time<\/p><p><strong>2012<\/strong>: Dar Al Fouad established the Stroke and brain hemorrhage treatment center, which is the 1<sup>st<\/sup> of its kind in Egypt and works according to the US National Institutes of Stroke Scale (NIHSS)<\/p><p><strong>2014<\/strong>: The Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation for the 4<sup>th<\/sup> time<\/p><p><strong>2017<\/strong>: The opening of Dar Al Fouad\u2019s oncology center in cooperation with Hartman hospital in Paris<\/p><p><strong>2017<\/strong>: The opening of Dar Al Fouad Nasr city \u2013 East Cairo<\/p><p><strong>2017<\/strong>: The Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation for the 5<sup>th<\/sup> time<\/p><p><strong>2018<\/strong>: The cooperation agreement between Cleveland Clinic and Dar Al Fouad Nasr city was signed<\/p><p><strong>2020<\/strong>: The Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation for the 6<sup>th<\/sup> time<\/p><p><strong>2020<\/strong>: The stroke and brain hemorrhage treatment unit was accredited by the Joint Commission International as the first certified unit in Egypt<\/p><p><strong>2021<\/strong>: The opening of the oncology center in Dar Al Fouad Nasr city<\/p><p><strong>2021<\/strong>: The accreditation of the pain management program from the Joint Commission International<\/p><p><strong>2021<\/strong>: The accreditation of laparoscopic unit is accredited by the International Surgical Review Foundation in the United States of America, becoming the only endoscopy unit accredited in Egypt and the eighth in the world<\/p><p><strong>2022<\/strong>: The Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation for Dar Al Fouad \u2013 Nasr City<\/p><p><strong>2023<\/strong>: The following accreditations were acquired:<\/p><ul><li>SRC accreditation for Laparoscopic unit<\/li><li>SRC in Orthopedic Surgeries<\/li><li>SRC in Hernia Surgeries<\/li><li>The initial accreditation from the General Authority for Health Accreditation and Control (GAHAR)<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>2024<\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li>The opening of the kidney Transplant unit<\/li><li>ICU Expansion:+6 Beds<\/li><li><strong>2024<\/strong>: The full accreditation from the General Authority for Health Accreditation and Control
