Changing your appointment
If you are unable to attend on the date scheduled (e.g. because of illness or personal reasons) it is really important that you contact the hospital as soon as possible to either cancel or reschedule. This appointment may then be allocated to someone else.
If there is any change in the appointment from the hospital’s side, we will cancel the appointment and alert you by sending an SMS to your mobile/cell phone registered with us, in order that a new appointment may be booked at your convenience.
